About Me
My Background
I am a Texas Certified Teacher in English and Reading with 19+ years of teaching experience. I graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with focus in Reading. I also received training in Dyslexia Intervention through Region IV Service Center. I love helping my students build confidence and become better resders.
My Expertise
I work with all students in Reading k-12. My focus is improving fluency, comprehension, critical thinking, test-taking strategies, and building reading stamina.
